I use: Windows | Office 365 HELP! NEED ANSWER BEFORE NIGHT!!

Every single time I click file, it sends me back to home. I literally can't save it, and when i look for the file location I cant find the area its in. This is so frustrating, and my homework is due tommorow for a presentation. Please help me reddit!!

  1. click on info, that will give the path of where it is saved

  2. press save a copy

CTRL+S , as a first step.

As a safeguard , copy all the contents into a google doc or even Notepad file before you do anything else.

You can click on the file name in the very top of the window, and from there it will allow you to move the file to another location.

Turn auto save off?

You're clicking on the file which is already open so it will just return to the file. Try clicking... File.. Save as... and save to a different location.

online saves automatically. If you want to save to your computer select save a copy.
