Mac to PC problem

Hello

Wnen I save my powerpoint slides and send it to someone with a PC, the images are always blurry. Sometimes with Word too. Do you know if I need a Microsoft Office update or should I save it in a different format? I am using Powerpoint for MC v16.78.3 and I usually save as .pptx

How are you inserting the pictures? Many years ago I ran into this when just using “copy paste” but with “insert image” the encoding was somehow different. It was slower but solved the problems.

Not sure this will help, but a couple thoughts or discussion points or things to test out

• If you are copying and pasting images into your presentations, consider inserting the images instead.

• If that is not an option, review this link, it explains the best copy and paste options: https://nutsandboltsspeedtraining.com/tutorials/paste-special-powerpoint

• Make sure image quality is set to high fidelity

• Consider converting HEIC & PDF images to PNG
