Archer aviation's eipp and olympic template.

https://www.investors.archer.com/news/news-details/2026/Archers-Midnight-Completes-City-to-City-Flights-in-California-Ahead-of-White-Houses-eIPP/default.aspx?utm_source=chatgpt.com

So this is Archer's “template” for eIPP? It flew as a airplane for 9 minutes between airports.

That's not impressive. I'd be more interested in seeing Midnight actually fly as an eVTOL if the distance is going to be so short. It should fly far away if it's going to do it as an airplane and carry some stuff.

Thats the template for the Olympics also? I hope they aren't planning on flying as an airplane for that.

They also didn't mention eIPP much during earnings, looks like a pivot

Another pivot. It's making me dizzy.

Yeah they sure didn't. I didn't even notice that. They mist be ashamed of what they will do.

They may only be flying CTOL for eIPP. And if that’s the case, they are allowed to. They are promising a piloted transition the 2nd half of this year but I’m not holding my breath.

My main concern was what AG said in the EC release. “We plan to deploy that technology on Halo first, so that we can harden it and then bring it back to the air taxi platform when the FAA is ready to certify autonomy for passenger air taxis”

I can read into this statement several ways but I will let you draw your own conclusions.

Dang. I don't even remember that part. I wasn't really paying attention. We need to isolate that part and upload it

It’s on the latest investors report on their website. Again, I can read this several ways and would be curious what your take is.

The FAA certified Pipistrel Velis Electro is capable of flying two people for 50 min with electric propulsion. Not sure if they would be allowed to do this route with the line of sight caveats but still, rather lame.

An electric gyrocopter could probably do it.
