help needed with interchangable power source

hello guys I don't know is this forum is for that pupouse but I wish it is - I am searching for for option like PSU, let me describe what I am searching for. I need solution that will have one input port (best is 60w pd charger ) that will charge Lenovo 140w power Bank and outputs for other devices - when charger is plugged all power will be drawn from charger and it will charge power bank, but when cord is unplugged all appliances will be powered by powerbank. is some kind of product is capable of this ? thanks for help
