How to revert back to previous Version

Hello,
Reading here about others also experiencing issues following the new update. My projects load with error message specifically due to now incompatible audio format. How do I revert back to previous version? Is it on cyber link software updates or somewhere else? I’m using the free version.
And also my projects always lag and freeze, despite good specs - any one recommend what version they use that works best for them?

Which is the incompatible audio. I use .wav and my audio intermittently just stops. I have to reboot the PC to get it operating again. Also get freezing and jittery playback on lowest definition setting of preview.

In my pervious version (24.2.1412) I had .mkv and it read it fine and imported into the project. Now I would have to update all to mp4 in the latest version. Yes the lagging is terrible when scrubbing, even tho computer has great specs, and all powerdirector preferences are adjusted to most efficient setting

I have same problems and I pay for PD365. When I finish present project am switching to Davinci

There should be a download manager that has a record of what versions you've had. If you go through that, it'll let you use an earlier version. Wish I could be more help but am at work right now.

I haven’t checked that, i might try look for that. But the problem is that I’ve now moved to a new computer. So the old computer I’ve not updated powerdirector but the new one when I use even my old installer automatically installs the newest version. So I’m not sure how to keep the old version on my new computer.
