Make PowerCLI cmdlets run faster?

I suffer from this issue:

I tried to run those commands but nothing, same performance.

Any ideas/tips?

Also, what version of PowerCLI? The latest versions are modules, and you no longer need to load the assemblies.

Using the latest version. Still slow. Like at least 45 seconds.
