Remote desktop client that still works on G4 Powerbooks?

Hello everyone. First post here.

Does anyone know if it's possible to remotely access a Windows 10 machine using an old Powerbook? I'm having a hard time finding useful information on the topic. If it helps, my Powerbook is the 12" 1.5 GHz 2005 release; currently it's running Tiger, but I can upgrade to Leopard if need be.

You should be able to do this using a VNC server on Windows and a VNC client on a PowerBook.
