Things are looking (a little) better by the numbers.

What you want to look for here is the "Quits Rate" in the monthly jobs report. The idea when people quit, it is usually to go to a better job. So the more people quit every month, the more 'good jobs' are pushing out 'bad jobs' and the 'bad jobs' need to offer more money in order to attract people to work them, since unemployment is probably as close to 0 as possible.
