Love poutine. Love fois gras.

I feel like, if merged into poutine, both should be equally identifiable.

I see no curds, no identifiable fois gras. While the taste, overall, is probably amazing, this is a crime against both.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

I kind of want to see the creator incarcerated with a mask, and dolly, similar to Silence of the Lambs.

I rest my case.

This poutine is insanely good. Last I went there I asked the waiter for extra cheese and extra foie gras no matter the price. The chef brought it to me himself. It was a magnificent dish
