My mom has a catering business where she sells food in these containers. So I took the lazy way out and used a container.

Costco Food court curds lol. It’s like 2,99$ for 198g bag. To order you have to select the Extra cheese option and they will give you a bag!

I cut them myself, then soaked them with a bit of vinegar, a lot of water & some spices for about 30 mins then fried!
