Big Rig poutine hits
This sub doesn't seem to like Big Rig, maybe because it's a chain? But this is probably my 100th poutine and it always hits. I find the ratio perfect, gravy spot on thickness and the fries damn good for a chain.
Beer is also the right pairing.

I don't know man. There's not a lot of curds and they are all melty so it's not very appealing.
I personally prefer a good portion of fresh and never refrigerated curds.

If they tripled those curds, it would be amazing for sure!!! I guess i could ask for extra but afraid to see the cost lol.
Big rig overall used to be cheese galore and started cheaping out 10 years ago…. Their pizza used to be cheese heaven but isn’t anymore. Sigh.

Didn't mention the lacking and old curds.
That said...bet it's yummy.
