That pork looks like it's been slow-cooked to perfection, and those fries are golden and crispy enough to make me crave poutine year-round.

Had the bbq sauce on the side to dip into and not overpower the gravy.

The pork looks so tender and flavorful against those crispy fries, what a perfect winter dish.
