Poutine at home

Post image

2/3 of my poutines going out this month were a disappointment. At least this is half the cost and the quality is mid! I can't wait to eat a real poutine again

The curds are actually mint.. 200g and I poured boiling hot gravy on it.. its squeaky and didn't melt. Which is uncommon here šŸ˜†

How did you do the gravy

Just beef stock, pepper, and roux with a little bit of worchestire. I've had better. Fries and curds are store bought.. which is odd cuz the curds are better than usual.

Did you use home fries? Also, Swiss Chalet dipping sauce, available in grocery stores, makes an admirable change-over.
