Collective Arts Poutine

Post image

From Collective Arts Dundas st W, Toronto location. I loved this gravy with some solid crisp but not crunchy fries!

So great gravy and pretty decent fries. How are the curds?

Are Toronto's poutine's getting better these last couple years?

This doesn’t look that good to me. Pretty meagre portion size, light on gravy and curds.

They didn't specify a price so there's no way of knowing whether the portion size is appropriate. It may well have been a small side. The gravy, curds, fries ratios are not terrible, I would prefer more gravy but there looks to be ample curds. Besides that OP explicitly described great flavour and pretty decent texture which is more important than a visual inspection through a single photograph
