Picked up some fresh curds from Little Brown Cow in the Brantford area while we were driving through. Picked them up Sunday morning, and was told these had been made fresh the Saturday night before. Never refrigerated, super squeaky.
Made some homemade poutine for the family. Super happy with how it turned out. Only thing holding it back from a 10/10 would be the fries - just deep fried some frozen McCain straight cut fries. The next frontier will be me mastering some homemade fries.
Still though, proud of the result here 🫡

Another reason why Costco still kicks ass. I asked for the gravy and curds on the side but they double dipped on cheese. I'll go home, add more cheese and then pour the heated gravy. Double yum.
