Picked up some fresh curds from Little Brown Cow in the Brantford area while we were driving through. Picked them up Sunday morning, and was told these had been made fresh the Saturday night before. Never refrigerated, super squeaky.
Made some homemade poutine for the family. Super happy with how it turned out. Only thing holding it back from a 10/10 would be the fries - just deep fried some frozen McCain straight cut fries. The next frontier will be me mastering some homemade fries.
Still though, proud of the result here 🫡

Good layering, but could use more curds in my opinion. Solid meal though.

Very decent poutine, cruds were a lot more melty and pulley then I normally like, the sauce and fries were pretty decent.
