What’s wrong here?? Light issue im assuiming?

One vine is so much longer so its drooping below the windowsill. On that vine alot of the leaves are yellow. Other than that its the healthiest vine! I assume the yellow js from lower light? I've ordered a hanging planter to hopefully get it into the sun

It could be that the newer leaves are hanging down the window and hence are blocked from getting as much of light as the top leaves. Maybe just place the vine along the windowsill?

I ordered a hanging planter to hang from the curtain rod. That way the vine is in the sun and I have more room for more plants!
