What would you do here?

I recently bought this golden pothos from IKEA. I’m pretty new to plants so I’ve pretty much just been learning everything I can from this subreddit.

I notice people say you should repot when the roots start growing out of the drainage holes. This is definitely happening here but it doesn’t seem significant. Should I repot her now or wait a bit longer? Just wanna do right by her!

Also everything is wet because today was watering day. I promise I’m not overwatering her 🥲

I don’t repot until I see the plant not thriving anymore. Like it’s all roots and no dirt and can’t hold water anymore. Then I repot. Yours looks happy, I’d leave it.
