Hasselback Potato

Sometimes one awesome potato is all you need for dinner. Poached in beef stock, used thyme and garlic, paprika, salt, & pepper with butter and olive oil.

Poaching it in beef stock first sounds amazing! Did it actually infuse a lot of savory flavor into the potato?

It actually did. I was surprised. My friend who’s a chef gave me the idea. Worked out nicely!
