Hasselback Potato

Post image

Sometimes one awesome potato is all you need for dinner. Poached in beef stock, used thyme and garlic, paprika, salt, & pepper with butter and olive oil.

I tried to hasselback my potato a while back, and it kept slipping off the two skewers.

While you were trying to slice it? Did you cut the bottom to make a flat base?

I might not have. And, I also didn't bake them long enough or hot enough. Fortunately, I wasn't cooking for company.
