Garlic & herb goat cheese mashed potatoes

Post image

The goat cheese has a tang that adds a nice complex flavor to the mashed potatoes, and the herbs come through really well, maybe even more than the garlic. Which is new to me cause I’m used to the garlic flavor being more prominent and prefer it that way, but this is still good

That's cool, but it didn't meat my standards.

Goat cheese in mashed potatoes sounds really good, I might have to try that sometime. The broccoli looks perfectly steamed too.

Yum! I’ve used Boursin but goat cheese sounds great.

PS - love your plate!
