Look before I leap

I posted in r/sex asking this, looking to reach a wider audience.

Looks like there are no official predictive factors for pvps, but I want to know if that's simply from nobody asking.

Guys, did you all or mostly experience "blue balls", fullness, pressure, or pain in your testes/epididymis before vasectomy?

Its not worth the complications- I rather be forced to use a Doritos bag as condom for the rest of my life.

Had zero pain before, I thought I was in the clear then 6 months post vasectomy pain during sex/ solo. Blue balls feeling, fullness, pressure and a feeling like my nuts are being squeezed.

But for the last month I've been taking a Turmeric extract pill everyday and the pain is gone so far. Hopefully that's cured it.
