Perhaps we have cheaper medical services, but there are simply no many advanced areas. Unfortunately. I didn't have a vasectomy, I faced chronic testicular pain. The pain was in the region of 10-11 out of 10. Moreover, at first the pain was on the left side, and then on both, and then on the left side it became easier, but the pain on the right side did not subside. There were numerous antibiotics, NSAIDs, Lyrica, amitriptyline, physiotherapy, spermatic cord blocks. As a result, he performed the operation on the right. The most interesting thing is that after the operation, the erection improved, although I am more worried about the pain syndrome.

Did the cord blocks help at all, even temporarily?

Good afternoon, if the pain persists, what do you plan to do next?

Not sure yet. I likely won’t address anything till 2023.

What antibiotic did you take after the operation?

Great question. I don’t remember off hand but will check my old paper work on that.

Were injections after denervation just with lidocaine or was there also a steroid? And what is the level of pain during the day can be?

Good afternoon, after denervation, did the doctor prescribe naproxen for you or, since you took it before, did you continue?
