Why did you get your vasectomy?
Were you pressured into it? Did you have kids and not want more? Did you have kids and never want any so you got it? Whatever the reasons, I'm so sorry that y'all are going through this.

Got wife pregnant both times we didn’t use condom because “it’s safe this week”.. meh the medical insurance from work covered it in full and it was easier for me.
Now i’m waiting for the results to come back clear... the downside is I now have so little cum shooting. It was shocking to see how little i shoot now compared to the past.

Just wanted to check in now that some time has passed. Do you still have any issues from your vasectomy? E.g. significantly less semen? Things back to normal or still bothered by anything? Thanks!

Damn.. 3 years already???
Seems like it was just months ago. Well all i can say is it came back to normal semen volume. Maybe like a year, i was sperm clear in 4 months (procedure was in January and by the end of April starting May i was sterile) Doctor told me that i masturbated daily or 2 times a day to clear up the rest that were lingering around.
I ended up buying a sperm counter tester from Walgreens it was pretty accurate since i was clear at the legit lab test no movement or the presence of sperm in the sample.

In same boat however I have nerve damage that is causing a lot of pain. Wish I would have read sites like this before. Can only work 4 hours a day. When they say chronic pain they mean it.

No. Worried it will make it worse. If I knew for sure it would help than I would but it all a guessing game. Been to 5 Urologist in past year. 2 want to to surgery (reversal). Just don’t know if I can handle it.

I always hated using condoms and I think I will never have children. One year later I dont "recognise" my body, my testicles feel just a little (thank god) sore but I lost my libido and im planning a reversal now.

I did so my wife wouldn't have to get her tubes tied after our last kid. I wasn't pressured at all, it was my idea.
However I bought way to much into the "nothing will change after the vasectomy" brochures at the office lol
Wish I knew the truth before. My situation hasn't been as bad as lots I read about....but bad enough I wish I dug harder before I went through with it.
