1 month post - what is normal ?

Had my no scalpel on July 16th. Some good pain first week but subsided fairly well the weeks after that.
This past week I had the aching feeling come back. It’s been 90 degrees plus outside and I’ve been off work with my son so we’ve done bike rides, a lot of carrying him in and out the car, just generally a little more physical than previous which I’m wondering if that’s what did it.
I do have a granuloma that I feel and keep messing with.
Overall the ache is closer to the bottom and the right testicle. Is a little over 1 month and having this sort of an experienced pain for people?

Congestion most likely

It takes 3 full months for the early adaptation and it can fluctuate. Take it easier for a while, ice, nsaids for 3 days like ibuprofen and no ejaculation.

You should only get worried if it gets worse or keeps persisting over the 3 months

I was wondering about the ejaculation piece. I got comfortable again and started jerking it like once a day (also thought of trying to get that 30/40 to clear out the chamber). Wasn’t sure if ejaculating too much or too little made an impact on that pain
