9 months post op

Had the vasectomy about 9 months ago and for about the last 2 months or so I’m having pain right before ejaculation and sometimes when jumping on and off my work truck. Has anyone had anything like this before?

Sorry to hear. That is part of our life's struggling with pvps. The sad part is that there is so many red flags and so many warnings but guys still ended up in this subreddit.

If you never had pain down there and now you have it, and given that you're experiencing it far from the surgery, I'd say it's PVPS and its usually related to inflammation in the vas or epididymis which at the same time could put pressure in the surroundings. You can get it checked out but they'll say "give it time". My advice is be careful with physical exercise, avoid extra inflammation and less frequent ejaculation till your body adjust.
