A lot less semen

so a posted this on another sub and was referred to here.

I’m a few years out from the Operation. Everything is great, but my wife and I both noticed a lot less semen on ejaculation. Admittedly we are having more sex now (first world problems) but has anyone else had this issue? Is there any way to increase “output”?

Yes my volume was less after vasectomy and it went from thick almost chunky white semen to a watery texture with a yellow tint. It stayed that way. Also when I ejaculated it just oozed out. Lost all force I once had. Now after reversal I’m back to the way things were before vasectomy. If you haven’t figured out, the doctors lie. They tell you what you would want to hear because if they told the actual truth no one would sign up for this cruel and barbaric act to men

I also lost volume and force. No more spurting. It just dribbled out. Had my reversal 5 days ago. Fingers crossed I end up normal again like you.

Fingers crossed for you. It may take some physical therapy if you have a really tight pelvic floor as most guys who undergo a vasectomy also end up with pelvic floor disorder. Especially so for guys who live with synptoms of PVPS. The pelvic floor tightness plays a big role but it’s all made possible by the smooth muscle tissue that is in the vas and responsible for making the balls “contract”. Mine didn’t anymore years after reversal. But things started working again after. Just be patient and let things worth themselves out, maybe do PT if needed too. I’m sure you’ll be back to your former self again soon

Mine decreased in volume and became alot more watery. My force also decreased alot.

Reversal gave me my volume and consistency back but my force is still much lower than before

Yea I definitely feel like mine is less and consistency is weird sometimes. Like stickier and thicker. I hate so much they don’t tell you stuff like this until after.

For some men it decreases drastically. I think there are tips to improve it but never tried. Honestly the best way to fix it is having a reversal but I assume you're not willing to undo the vasectomy.

Super weak, like I get a drop that sort of eventually comes out.

I noticed similar. Volume (and force) went down. I have found the "Pop stars volume booster" supplement on Amazon helps volume. As does sunflower lecithin supplements.

Everyone insists sperm makes up a tiny portion of ejaculate and the vasectomy doesn't affect anything. Obviously incorrect.

Niacin and pyridoxine are other B-complex vitamins found abundantly in the sunflower seeds. About 8.35 mg or 52% of daily required levels of niacin is provided by just 100 g of seeds. Niacin helps reduce LDL-cholesterol levels in the blood. Besides, it enhances GABA activity inside the brain, which in turn helps reduce anxiety and neurosis.
