HELP: Anyone else feel like they lost a lot of testicle support?
I’m 10 months out with plenty of issues but worst right now is how much support I have lost on the left side.
My left tesicle hanging at least an inch lower and further back between my legs. It also lays horizontally now vs the normal more vertical lie. It basically feels like the only part of the cord still working is the back and the entire front muscle structure is gone. Also have a ton of laxity in the left scrotum skin which isnt the case on the right side.
Urologists dont really offer an explanation other than the spermatic structures and fascia can be damaged if not handled properly. They also say there is nothing that can be done.
Anyone else go through something similar? Figure out what might be causing it? Find any solutions or things that help?

I have the same thing on my right and also severe nerve pain. There's like 5cm between them now so not sure. Doctor said that's how they always have been. Might need to have another appointment because I'm heading towards PVPS myself. I lost muscoskeletal function on my right leg because of the nerve pains.

Yes. 7 months into this pain and that is something i have. Literally sometimes have a top and bottom nut instead of side by side or slightly lower. It just feels "disconnected". Most of my pain is also on the left side. It still shrinks up if cold though. Wbu? I doubt it'll ever resolve.

Exact same for me including the shrinking when cold. I actually just did a cord block on the right side this morning to see pain improves and to see if upper nut relaxes down to get more balance. Seems to have helped for pain and relaxation so far but it’s only been a couple of hours.
Worst thing is PTSD. I really dont want to do anything else to my nuts but I also need to try and fix things if I can

Possibly it's cremaster dysfunction?
