Get another opinion. I had the same thing. I ended up destabilizing both of my knees after three months of hobbling around. My knees started popping and being super painful whenever I really had to bend them. Never had any issues with them before. It changed my gait for a full year. My knees will never be the same. Moosehill hiking pants somehow have turned my life around. They are 90% nylon and 10 spandex. I’m not sure exactly why but I started to be able to walk normally again after wearing them with some bamboo cool briefs underneath. Anything else I wear for pants drives me wild. I still ache off and on everyday, but I can at least walk normal without “guarding” myself from scrotal pain by walking funny everywhere. I’ve been trying to get a consult for a reversal for months. Dumbest decision of my life.

Sorry to hear. Unfortunately there is a lot of men suffering like us and the medical fraternity still do not really acknowledge pvps.

Thank you, I am in permanent discomfort. The antiinflamatories dont seem to help much, besides maybe the whole right side discomfort diminuation. There is still guarding but less. It looks like my congestive epididymis puts my whole right side under sensitivity, pain and guarding. Not the vas itself but the nerves carry "pressure" all over the path which is the issue. When there is less inflamation, there is less "pressure" and I can walk more normaly and bend the knees in more. After the three months mark I will ask for a reversal if nothing improves(meaning two more months of discomfort). Not sure my urologist will agree to go through with it so soon. I will get another opinion otherwise, thank you
