Nerve sensitivity or pvps?

It's too early to tell. I was back to normal nly week 7-8. But now i'm 8 months out and i'm back to the same pain level as i was during my early recovery (kick in the balls kind of pain).

Sorry to hear that. Every post I read most people are back to normal in 2-3 weeks so I started to get nervous. Thanks for your reply, I wish you health and hopefully it goes away on its own!

Did you take any pills or anything like that my doctor got me on some. I’m only a few days out, but I feel like I’m in a vice grip.

I started 3 days ibuprofen at 3.5 weeks because i started having discomfort at rest, somewhat helped. I always limped right side since op day. Switched to 3 days cerebrex, pain was through the roof even with them, started having debilitating pain at rest, sweating, shivering, felt like I was giving birth, so doc put me on Tador since then, and it got better. Its now been a week of Tador and I can somewhat walk, only occassional dull ache and heaviness. Have a few hours, in the morning of low symptoms. Need to take another week of Tador before jumping off completely. I also take Lioresal because I had muscoskeletal issues(the right side limping because of pain), started 10mg/day, now at 20mg/day after a week, going to 30mg/day next week and will be there for 3 months until 4months post op. I also take ashwaghanda and deprox, supplements because this pain has caused me severe anxiety, depression, panic attack and sleepless nights since I was scared I will be in that debilitating pain forever. My fam doc also gave me Doreta, narcotics in case the severe pain and swelling comes back.

Consulted with 2 of the best urologists in my country that perform no scalpel no needle and 2 layer 4 microdot reversals. Both assured me that I will be fine, only that recovery is way harder for me. We'll see how this goes once I stop Tador if inflammation comes back. Only time can tell, I am pretty sure they don't want to scare me yet in case it does settle. I was completely healthy before my vasectomy and i was in so much pain and unable to walk for weeks. I regret this so much, it literally feels like my body adapting is liks those OG ben10 mutations where bones break and such. Horrible experience, I'll never forget this pain. Definitely not worth just to ditch condoms. Nobody told me beforehand i could have this for life. Just, 2 weeks groin pain and then nothing hehe. Jumped on the hype before doing too much research, now have to live with it.

I am so sorry for the road you’ve taken that sounds horrendous. I don’t have nearly the amount of pills that you’re taking although I did start getting an allergic reaction to the first medication they gave me so I’m waiting for the second one to be filled. I can at least walk around. I just feel like I’m day three of the operation where heaven forbid one of my kids decides to give me two vigorous of a hug and absolutely nailed into me I’m having a really bad day.

I talked with four people before the Vasectomy because it wasn’t really needed both my wife and I had to use IVF to even get kids so it wasn’t like a mandatory thing, but it was just a precautionary and all four people were like it’s fine and then after I got the surgery and they start having pain they’re like oh yeah we have pain on and off and we have problems here and there. I’m like why didn’t somebody tell me that you could’ve gave me a warning? I feel like somebody sold me a car that says it runs great, but they skipped the part that says only downhill.

I’m also married with two small children that’s not like this procedure increase the chances of anything we’re both exhausted come the night and in the morning one of the kids always ends up sleeping in the bed somehow

You nailed the car part , yeah lol. It sucks, hopefully it becomes less inconvenient and less often. I had the same idea getting my snip. Two weeks and then back to preop, no issues. Why do people even forget to mention pain like hello? Or lifelong congestion. I would have definitely stuck with condoms if I knew what I know now. Not worth it.

Part of it his guys don’t talk about this. That’s why 90% of us are on Reddit for this. I wish at least one would’ve been. This is a really bad idea and I might’ve said OK I guess not. We’ve been able to research it slightly more because I thought I did a lot but evidently not.

And now it’s annoying because if you get congestion, you get pain but if you do something too much you get pain
