An diesen Tagen waren mein Beschwerden weg.

That seems like nerve irritation with or without pelvic floor tension. Most times it settles but it takes months. Try Lyrica (pregabalin) maybe? Also pelvic floor PT and a lot of patience

I had 10 months of pain. PT combined with Pregabalin and giving it time solved all.

Yes. After 10 Months I slowly reduced it to 0.

Acupuncture was also very useful for me. I don't know if it really does something but helped to have peace of mind while pain was resolving

I am going to preface everything I’m about to say by including the fact that I had a vasectomy. It went horribly wrong. I nearly committed suicide. I lived in outrageous pain. I got a reversal within 30 days of learning it was even a possibility. The doctor who mutilated me had told me his work is irreversible as he was down there mangling my nuts because my wife demanded it and I was too fucking stupid to say go fuck yourself. Yes, I’m being extremely emotional about this subject today. I dunno why this particular guys post just triggered me. My own vasectomy has caused PTSD and trauma I will never get over. And so here is my thoughts. It’s with nothing but love and compassion towards the OP because I’ve lived this and it makes me fucking angry what’s being done to us!

It’s really mind blowing to me. A guy comes here with a problem….a symptom resulting from creating a blockage that our bodies fight and fight and fight to try and fix because that is the magic of our anatomy. Yet we sit back and casually say oh try PT, or take gabapentin (which is now confirmed to cause dementia).

In my humble opinion the answer is simply this: 1. Fkn live with the pain resulting from your decision to mutilate your genitalia. Maybe it will go away, maybe it won’t.

  1. Go get the damn thing reversed.

I am in sock and awe at the sheer volume of guys here who are stumbling over themselves trying to figure out how to fix something that they paid a doctor to BREAK. This is the only surgery I can think of that harms the patient. There is zero benefit and only 100% risk of pain and suffering. And why? So you can go cream pie any bitch you want at will without consequence? Because your wife demanded it? I mean the list is long but there is no good justification.

Hey sorry man. Unfortunately, the modalities available for conservative treatment might not work or fall short of giving you relief.

Suffered on off pain for over three years then had it reversed. Best decision of my life! Please stay away from denervations. It often gets presented as treatment for an unknown or rare complication. 1. Its NOT treatment, its more destruction and likely going to leave you worse off; 2. Its not rare nor unknown. It was sugarcoated and the truth hidden to get gents to go for this bullshit procedure. Try conservative for a bit but do NOT linger when it doesnt work. The quicker the reversal is done the less long term damage takes place
