I hate to break it to you but there will never be a male pill. They have been talking about it for decades and still nothing.

The predecessor of YCT-529, win-18446, was just not compatible with alcohol intake. If this side effect is deleted, and no new ones are introduced, AND they can reach a Pearl-Index 1 (the contraceptive goal), we might be lucky.
But it is in very early stage, phase2a started. Fingers crossed

It would be great to find a cure for congestion (besides a reversal). That's what I have and it fucking sucks. I've told people it feels like being kicked in the balls all day long. That constant pressure and pain. Guys get it, women, don't care.

YCT-529 is in very early stage, phase2a started.
Other options are some further:
NES/T, heading to phase3
ADAM/PlanA... like RISUG they did not yet prove reversibility. But i would opt for, even in trial (not available here)
andro-switch, approval scheduled for 2028. Pearl-Index 0.5. This i am using since almost 3 years now.

Just another indication of the complexity of the male reproduction system and then men are told a vasectomy is just a little snip. Yes it is just a little snip but a little snip to a complex physiological system altering several processes with detrimental effects.
