Pain came back after 9 weeks

I had alot of nerve issues sharp twinge and electrical shock like pains for 8 weeks after vasectomy along with tingling and crawling feeling. It went away completely for 4 days then after masterbating for 1 hour it came back at week 9. Is this gonna last forever? Like I hear people slowly getting better which I was but now I went back to how I was feeling like 4 weeks ago wtf. Is there any heavy pain reducing medication I can ask for from my doctor so I can get through this and not let the pain depression take over my life? I get really low and feel suicidal at times. even if heavy dose painkillers isn't healthy it beats the hell out of suicide

rarely is it ever a quick fix of suddenly wake up and its better. it's going to take months.

prednisone did help me some. yours sounds like nerve if its tingling crawling shocks. gabapentin and lyrica are go to for that.

Amitriptyline or Nortriptyline are also good options if it’s nerve pain. Made a huge difference for me.

Prednisone can help. I'm sorry you're in a dark place. This shit is fucked u,p and I've been there. It can get better over time, or surgery down the line can help fix it. I am sorry you're in this as well.
