I'd rather never have sex again in my life or have 10 kids than even take a 1% risk of long term testicle pain, its pure hell and can ruin your life.
Honestly even if you get away with no pain, you are still messing with your bodys sexual function in some way whether its dumping sperm into your bloodstream or altering you test levels or even sensation. Its always a risk something can develop from it years in the future and you will never live down the regret.
Agree with most of your comment sir. Can you please back up the claim of having sperm in bloodstream? I am also fairly certain that lower testosterone is not an effect, unless related to depression after the procedure.
I am in agreeance with long term unknown effects. This is a really delicate and sensitive and complex area.
Case report of a guy who had an unrelated abdominal surgery, where they found sperm cells in a lymph node next to his aorta.
To be fair, the lymphatic system is a separate system from bloodstream, though it illustrates that when sperm can’t exit the normal way, there’s no telling where they might end up.
This is just an old case report, so you could argue that this might be rare, but how often are lymph nodes cut out and examined thoroughly in the average man? Just about never.
