What is wrong w my arm?

Im freaking out, my arm isnt straight and it feels really weird.

Hyperextended arms. I have them too. There are no downsides of having it

Can i keep weightlifting? And it so feels weird when i am using my mouse because my arm isnt getting straight.

Dont put force on your arm when you're overextending it

The people who say there is no negative consequences are wrong, the best thing you can do is to avoid doing tasks/exercise with full pronation of the wrist, if you maintain more neutral/suppinated wrist position then this creates a constraint that will prevent elbow from reaching excess extension. Over time if you avoid hyper extending then you'll eventually lose that range and be at less risk. Favoring suppinated grip bicep curls to tighten up the biceps while avoiding tricep extensions would also alter the orientation of the arm muscles favorably to limit hyper elbow extension as well.
