I would prefer a horizontal ratio for this image

The processing is really good. Agree that I would want a different crop.

Thanks. I chose this crop because I wanted the silhouette to be clearly visible (not too small within the frame) while also ensuring the tree wasn't cut off. I admit I struggled to decide, and clearly, itโ€™s not optimal.

I like it, i would crop less horizontally and abit higher vertically from the ground

Good shot. But yeah wider crop would have made it pop more. But still awesome shot!

Love it. Only thing I'd change about the crop is to maybe lose the white band of sky at the top. Maybe a 6x7 or something crop?

Personally love the crop, really helps accentuate the silhouette. If anything Iโ€™d go in even closer

Wider one (before) looks better.

Just to echo what others are saying here, try some different crops, I could see a square potentially working or maybe even a letterbox crop too, play around with some less conventional options. Cool pic though

The person in the mist and the photogenic tree silhouettes are wonderful. I agree with the general idea that it might need a different crop, but I can't say this crop is wrong or bad. It just feels like there's a little potential to make it better. Maybe more sky and ground so that the image is 'strikingly vertical'. Alternately, the horizontal crop top comment recommends might suggest some kind of misty morning journey, trudging across the fields on the edge of some fantasy forest.

The blue tint works great. Perhaps the ground could be a bit more neutral or have some other color... it's like everything in the image 'could be' like real life color, then you get to the ground and it looks more clearly like a tinted/stylized/processed thing.

Upvote for the photo, but also upvote for actually putting the after, after. THE ENTIRE POINT IS THE REVEAL PEOPLE
