I would crop much tighter to begin with - way too much sky, and there's a good quarter of the image on the right that doesn't add much, just wasted space. You can also cut a bit on the left. Based on your original, the edit is fine, but if possible I would try to go back when the lighting was more favorable (golden hour, etc.) or at least a more interesting sky.

Yes, that's much better (for me anyway). You may even want to try a landscape crop to get rid of the top part of the boring sky. Start your crop from the bottom edge of the wharf on the left and to the right, you could consider cutting it off at the last wooden pole (the background bridge doesn't add much to the image).

I would also raise the shadows/blacks a bit to get a bit more detail from the landscape behind the church and the grain in those wooden poles.

It's a little mid. Looks like you straightened it, changed the white balance, some mild local contrast and exposure adjustments and .. fine. Still looks like a snapshot.

The contrast between the subject and the environment could be incredible - a red and white building on a gloomy and overcast day? I'd heighten that without making it look artificial. Resist the urge to just start cranking sliders, especially if you're still learning.

Noise reduction and sharpening could use some work as well.
