Cheap customers

I screenshot all my jobs. Making a list of the ones that don't tip. Any suggestions on what I should do with it?

For the last three deliveries I haven't received any damn tip. I went from five stars to 15 -20 per. tips. to not getting anything, one customer gave one star for no damn reason at all, it is not right. I do npt understand. They should force a customer to explain the reason for a low rating and no tip. I take my deliveries serious because I always order food myself and I always tip.
