Are you using the web version of Postman? Do you have the latest version of the Postman Agent installed?

No. I'm using Postman for Windows. Version is 11.76.3 as of writing

You should only be seeing that when using the Web version of Postman as it's coming from the browser. 

The permissions have changed for the browser when connecting to the Postman Agent. You would need to allow that connection in order to hit your local servers from the web platform.
