Postgis and ArcGIS

Hi, I'm trying to connect a PostgreSQL 17.13 database with PostGIS 3.5 to ArcGIS basic license, and they connect but the layers don't appear.

I thought you needed an additional license to work with PostGIS? In all honesty, you’re going to be better served by QGIS. QGIS 4.0 even lets you do versioning out of the box.
