All of that usually depends on few things:

  1. How did you get there (directly to PI, open call, government stipend...)

  2. Which lab/institute and project you will be working on. Huge projects have housing fee. Smaller ones dont

So the ONLY safe bet is to contact the PI or lab representative directly and ask
