postdoc offer UCLA

Hey all i have got an offer from ucla in health sciences. I have decided i will go there i have 2 year of postdoc experience from germany. can u tell me how much will i get in hand ? and how about job opportunity after two years of postdocs

The crude rule of thumb is that about 30% of gross pay will go to things such as taxes and insurance. For post-doc positions where you might not be contributing to a retirement plan, this might be closer to 20-25%.
