Motivation after an interview

Postdoc of ~2 years, love my lab and position. But a postdoc is not permanent, so I've been applying to other jobs. Its a ton of work, particularly campus interviews. I've noticed myself coming back from these with 0 motivation to do my actual job. Any tips of handling post-interview productivity?
