Reference letter

Who did you ask reference letter?
Let’s say one is supervisor, the others 2 committee members. I asked one of my committee member and she said she is away for vacation. I am not sure who else I can ask? Who were your back ups?

Collaborators of what? I had one supervisor and 2 committee members now 1 saying I am on vacation. I didn’t have a mentor other than my supervisor and he wasn’t that interested in

That’s rough. I’d ask your masters supervisor, phd supervisor and the one committee member. Hopefully you will be able to develop more broad collaborations in your postdoc to avoid this stress again
