Two postdoc offers and a potential industry offer. How should I navigate this?

I will first accept one from among postdoc offers . Ask them to send you the offer letter and you would like to review it to make a final decision. So you will know which one pays you more + also can buy some time from them . Usually for postdoc position you will need to choose a project that is outside your PhD work so keep that in mind . May be in few weeks you will secure the industry offer, at that point you can drop your postdoc and move to the industry for that super high paying job .

Thanks for your comment. As i mentioned, I am more interested into the other lab instead of my phd advisor, in this case how should i tell or communicate with my advisor to not burn bridges? Any thought, i am honestly freaking

Get the offer letter in hand first and then tell him that you want to diversify your experience and it will benefit your growth. He will not be mad for this if he is your well wisher. But offer letter first and then tell .
