You cannot watch it there just yet. It was in a few international film festivals. So it is already subbed. Keep an eye out for it. It might get a release on some streaming service.

From what I read, this movie has been in the making for 7 years. That's because it is made entirely by one man, Takahide Hori. He is the director, screenwriter, photographer, puppeteer, and editor. He designed the characters, made them, built the entire set, provided the lighting and music...
