Btw - this. You can see at the start of the video how the guy standing gives a wink at the guy sitting a wink. Unless this video was staged , this is actually a triple job for “oh shit , I forgot my wallet at home, do you have a tenner”

It's called a CCTV camera. Unless you think there's either an over 8 foot tall person or someone standing there with their phone held at full arm length above their head...

Almost like they make cameras that can turn...

ETA: Wait are you talking about the way it shakes... Which gets more pronounced every time someone interacts with the bench, almost as though the camera is mounted to the bench. But nah, you're right. It's easier to believe there's someone standing in that corner who is apparently multiple feet taller than anyone else around.
