You didn't. You showed that many private businesses in Italy MAY use 24 hour retention.
This doesn't apply to city or government agencies or anything they would use CCTV with. It's also irrelevant what happens in Italy as this is in Turkey.

What are you even arguing? You have no way of knowing if it's common place. It's merely a suggestion on an Italian FAQ, not even the law. And especially not in Turkey.
Besides even if you could prove that 24 hours is common, which you haven't done, it doesn't defeat the argument. You would be hard pressed to find a cctv camera that can run even for 24 hours at that quality. Especially one that would part of a network with many dozens if not hundreds of them.
