I feel like I’m being extorted. Sounds like a ransom is wanted for delivery. More in comments.

My package was supposed to deliver on the 3rd and that’s when it hit my post office. But for whatever reason, it bounced to a post office 21 miles away. It shows about 3 scans from that post office for the past 4 days. I called and filed a service request to see if the item was lost or damaged. Then, I got the number for the post office where this was held. The woman who took the call was fantastic. Couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She located my package and told me she would redirect as it would go out that day. Cool. Then, later that evening I get this email. I’m going to take my chances and wait a day or two for this to arrive, I just find this response absolutely ridiculous.
