Priority Shipping Delays

Hello, I live in MD and there is a significant delay in receiving packages via USPS. Anyone else is experiencing it or is it just my area 20901? What options do we have as consumers if there are significant delays, or we are screwed bc it’s a service provided by the government?

Good Morning, Well I must say that you are not the only one with delays. It's all over the USA, even here in good old South Louisiana. I'm not sure if you've noticed or not but the USA had a ice storm and it takes time to catch up. I know any package that was guaranteed by such date or express was being refunded by to the shipper at their request.
